Two hundred houses will be repaired in Transbaikalia in 2025

In the Zabaikalsky Krai in 2025, more than 200 apartment buildings (MFB) will be repaired under the overhaul program. This is reported by the regional government.

"In the short-term plan for 2025, two types of work are planned in 201 houses with a total cost of more than 1 billion rubles. To date, 130 types in 94 houses have been contracted for a total amount of 258 million rubles," said Alexei Goncharov, vice-premier of the regional government, at a meeting on January 20.

As ChitaMedia IA specifies, work on 19 types in 17 houses has already been completed. Works on 111 types in 73 houses for the sum of 245 million rubles are in progress.

The total cost of works planned for 2025 is about 1.6 billion rubles. The funds are formed from the contributions of homeowners. It is expected that this year housing conditions will be improved for 17 thousand residents of the region.

According to the regional fund of overhaul, in 2024 the repair plan was overfulfilled. Work was carried out in 241 houses, although initially it was planned to repair three dozen MFBs less.
