A mother of two children from Lipetsk was sentenced to three years of general regime colony for illegal possession of drugs without the purpose of sale on a large scale. This was reported by the press service of the regional prosecutor's office on Monday, January 20.
According to the agency, 40-year-old Lipchanka bought illegal substances for personal consumption and stored at home. The drug mixture contained klephedrone. This is a cheap analog of mephedrone, which is considered even more toxic, writes GOROD48.
With respect to the attacker initiated a criminal case under part 2. art. 228 of the Criminal Code of Russia. The woman has two young children, in respect of whom she is limited in parental rights.
Earlier in January, "Izvestia" found out that drug dealers changed the way of transportation of cocaine to Russia and increased its supply. Over the past two years, law enforcers have seized about 5.2 tons of the substance, although until 2023 the total volume of seized shipments amounted to several hundred kilograms.
