Sobyanin told about plans to build new investment objects in the capital city


About 700 hectares of land the capital authorities have transferred to business for the realization of large investment projects, of which more than 360 hectares were allocated in 2024. This was told in his Telegram-channel by the mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin.
"Within the framework of large-scale investment projects, industrial enterprises can expand or build new production facilities. At a preferential rate of one ruble per year, investors have leased about 270 hectares," the Moscow mayor wrote.
Among the largest investment projects scheduled for implementation are a multifunctional business center in Khoroshevsky district, including 10- and 21-storey buildings, as well as the construction of a musical theater in Tversky district. In addition, the second phase of a technopark will be built in Troitsk, which will create more than 500 jobs for the city, and a plant for the production of horizontal boring machines will be erected in Nekrasovka, where about 1,100 jobs will be created.
