US President-elect Donald Trump and his team intend to "shock the system" with the implementation of the Republican plans to sign more than 100 decrees immediately after his inauguration. This was reported by CNN on January 19 with reference to sources.

"We want to come and show how serious we are. Trump is back, it's time to act. It will be like a shock to the system," one of Trump's advisers said.

Another of the White House chief-elect's advisers described the upcoming action as "fast-paced, very intense."

It is specified that the signing of dozens of executive orders at once will continue throughout Trump's first week in office.

According to the channel's sources, these are documents aimed at, among other things, increasing energy production in the United States, tightening border security, easing regulations in some areas and keeping TikTok work available.

Earlier in the day, Trump promised his supporters that a four-year period of decline would end in the US at the time of his inauguration. In addition, the Republican announced plans to immediately suspend enforcement of the TikTok ban law.

The Guardian also wrote about Trump's intentions to sign more than 100 documents on the first day of his presidency. According to it, these measures also include a program of mass deportation of migrants, the declaration of a state of emergency at the border and the introduction of a 25 percent tariff on American exports.

The election for the 47th president of the United States was held on November 5, 2024. In the national vote, Trump received 51 percent of the vote, while Democratic candidate Kamala Harris received 47.4 percent. Trump's inauguration will take place on January 20, the beginning is scheduled for 20:00 Moscow time.
