Trump promised to rescind all of Biden's stupid executive orders within 24 hours

US President-elect Donald Trump promised that he would cancel all the "stupid" decrees of his predecessor Joe Biden almost immediately after inauguration. He said this on January 19 at a rally before his supporters at the Capital One sports arena in Washington.
"Every radical and foolish executive order of the Biden administration will be rescinded within hours after I take the oath of office," he said in a statement published on his official YouTube channel.
At the same time, Trump emphasized that he will cancel the old and sign new decrees exactly on the day of inauguration, despite proposals to stretch it for a longer period of time.
"Like hell we're going to sign them for weeks. No, we will do it tomorrow," the politician added.
He said the new executive orders would make Americans "extremely happy," ending a four-year period of decline in the United States.
"Tomorrow at noon, the curtain will close on four years of decline in the United States and we will begin a brand new day of strength, prosperity, dignity and pride for our country," Trump clarified.
He said he intends to tighten migration policy, unblock oil production and strengthen the country's military capabilities.
Supporters of the US president-elect gathered in a multi-kilometer queue in Washington for his victory rally at Capital One Arena. Izvestia correspondent Anton Zolotnitsky specified that all streets adjacent to the arena were blocked off, with additional police and military personnel on duty.
At the same time, The Guardian newspaper predicted Trump's first steps as US President. According to the publication, among the decrees that Trump may sign on the first day of his entry into office as head of state on January 20, 2025, include: the program of mass deportation of migrants, the declaration of a state of emergency at the border, the introduction of a 25% tariff on American exports.
Earlier, on January 18, Trump's former national security adviser John Bolton said that the American president-elect wants to end the conflict in Ukraine as soon as possible and will not care about the terms of settlement.
The US Congress on January 6 approved Trump's victory in the 60th presidential election held on November 5, 2024. The decision was announced by incumbent US Vice President Kamala Harris, who competed with Trump as a candidate.
