A multifunctional complex with a hostel for 60 places will appear in the west of Moscow. This was reported by Deputy Mayor for Urban Policy and Construction Vladimir Efimov on January 18.

Moskomarkhitektura made changes to the rules of land use and development for construction of technopark with a hostel in the district Ochakovo-Matveevskoe, RIAMO notes. On the plot of 1.45 hectares will erect a building of 35 thousand square meters, reports the agency of city news "Moscow". Inside will be equipped with offices, spaces for co-working and training, laboratories, as well as a dormitory for 60 places, RT writes. Specialists in the field of realization of investment urban development projects will live there, writes NSN.

According to Yuliana Knyazhevskaya, chairwoman of the Moscow City Architecture Committee, the facility will be located in an industrial zone near business centers and industrial and warehouse buildings, not far from the Moscow Ring Road and the Ochakovsky overpass, aif.ru website specifies.

January 17, Vladimir Efimov said that in Moscow under the program of comprehensive development of territories (CDT) will build three educational facilities on the site of the former factory "MiG". The territory is located at the intersection of Marshal Shaposhnikov Street, 1st Botkinsky Proyezd and Leningradsky Prospect. The metro stations "Dinamo" and "Petrovsky Park" are located across the road.
