Two people killed when a BMP overturned at a machinery exhibition in the Czech Republic

Two people died and several others were injured during a demonstration of antique military equipment in the south-west of the Czech Republic. This was reported by iDNES.cz with reference to the emergency services.

The incident occurred near the village of Svatomirova, near the border with Austria.

"Unfortunately, eight people were injured in the accident, two people did not survive despite the best efforts of the emergency services. An Austrian rescue helicopter was also present," the channel quotes the firefighters' report.

It is specified that the victims have minor injuries, two of them are hospitalized. It is known that the event was private, the incident is being investigated by the police.

Earlier, on January 12, it was reported that because of the collision of two streetcars in the French Strasbourg, which occurred due to a mistake in the transfer of arrows, suffered about 50 people, 15 of whom are hospitalized. There were no fatalities as a result of the collision.
