In the sanatorium "Sosnovy Bor" Krasnoyarsk region poisoned 32 people

A case of mass poisoning of elderly citizens in the sanatorium "Sosnovy Bor" was recorded in the Krasnoyarsk region. This was reported on January 16 in the press service of the main investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee (SCI IC) of the Russian Federation in the region and the Republic of Khakassia in Telegram-channel.

Preliminarily, after breakfast out of a hundred vacationers for medical help with signs of intestinal infection turned to 32 elderly people, five of them were hospitalized.

"A criminal case <...> on the signs of a crime under part 1 of article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Provision of services that do not meet the safety requirements of life and health of consumers") was initiated," - stated in the message.

The Prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk region in turn reported in Telegram-channel that a check was organized.

Earlier in the day it became known about the poisoning of seven children in a kindergarten in Krasnoyarsk. Preliminary, affected pupils aged from one and a half to three years, two of them were hospitalized. A criminal case was initiated under paragraph "b" part 2 article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Provision of services that do not meet the requirements of safety of life and health of consumers, committed in respect of services intended for children under the age of six years").
