Footage of the destruction of AFU strongholds by FAB bombs has been published

The Russian Armed Forces (AF) have destroyed strongholds of Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) militants in the zone of the special military operation (SMO). Images of the combat operation are published by Izvestia on January 16.

The footage shows a direct hit by Russian FAB bombs on Ukrainian military strongholds, resulting in explosions.

Earlier in the day, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that servicemen of Russia's North group of troops, using a Lancet barrage munition, destroyed an infantry fighting vehicle (IFV) with an AFU paratrooper in the border area of the Kursk region.

The special operation to protect Donbass, the start of which was announced by the Russian president on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was taken against the background of the aggravated situation in the region.
