In turn, Al Jazeera TV channel reported that the Palestinian radical movement Hamas handed the mediators an approving response to the agreement on a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and exchange of prisoners.
"The movement's delegation handed over to the mediators the approval of the ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement," the Telegram channel said.
According to Israeli portal Ynet, Hamas made last-minute demands on the Philadelphia Axis. It is noted that Israel does not agree with these conditions.
Earlier in the day, the Israeli newspaper The Times of Israel, citing a source, reported that Israel and Hamas had reached agreements in principle in a deal on Gaza and the exchange of hostages.
