Over 174 thousand cars were evacuated in the Moscow region over the year
In the Moscow region more than 174 thousand cars were evacuated in connection with violation of the rules of stopping and parking in 2024. This is reported by the online edition "Podmoskovye Segodnya" with reference to the Ministry of Transport and Road Infrastructure of the region.
The greatest number of violations were identified in Krasnogorsk, Leninsky district, Mytishchi and Khimki. In the first half of the year evacuated more than 83 thousand cars, in the second half of the year - almost 91 thousand cars.
Drivers are reminded that the location of the vehicle can be found by calling 112, as well as on the website of the Road Safety Center.
Earlier it was reported that in 2024 tow trucks in Moscow moved more than 60 cars to impound lots by decision of bailiffs. The owners owed large sums for non-payment of fines. Most often in the list of debtors were BMW drivers.
