Popular boat trips in Nakhodka canceled by court order
A court in Primorye banned illegal boat trips in Nakhodka. According to the prosecutor's office, the organizers of these trips violated the law when they transported tourists on personal vessels without a license and insurance.
The press service of the Nakhodka Transport Prosecutor's Office told PrimaMedia IA that two residents of Fokino had been transporting tourists along the route "Pesochnitsa Recreation Center - Putyatina Island" for quite a long time. At the same time they did not have registration as a sole proprietorship, a contract of insurance of civil liability of the carrier and a license for transportation. Sea trips along this route were very popular with tourists.
The Primorsky residents were brought to administrative responsibility, but no measures were taken to eliminate violations. Then the prosecutor's office appealed to the court. The court satisfied the relevant requirements.
Earlier, on January 8, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko said that about 80 million tourist trips made in Russia by Russian citizens and foreigners from January to November 2024, this figure is 11% higher than the figures for the same period in 2023. According to Rosstat data, the top three leaders in the number of foreigners' trips include Khabarovsk Krai (204%), Amur Region (142%) and Primorye (112%).
