Registration deadline for the additional selection for the "Time of Heroes" program has been announced

There are 10 days left until the end of registration for additional selection for the program "Time of Heroes". This was reported on January 15 on the website of the program.

"Registration will end on January 25 at 12:00 Moscow time. Before that time it is also necessary to pass the test at the point of remote assessment," the message said.

Rector of the Presidential Academy Alexei Komissarov added that the registration of participants is proceeding at a high pace. He noted that about 17.5 thousand applications have been received. And the total number of applications including the first stream exceeded 61 thousand.

At the moment 18 participants of the first stream of the program have been appointed to leading positions. Among them were emphasized Presidential Plenipotentiary Representative in the Urals Federal District Artem Zhog, the head of the Tambov region Evgeny Pervyshov, as well as the head of the "Movement of the First" Artur Orlov and Russian Senator Alexei Kondratyev.

Earlier, on December 28, Alexander Shlyapnikov, a participant of "Time of Heroes" and holder of two Orders of Courage, was appointed deputy governor of Kaluga Region. The head of the region Vladislav Shapsha emphasized that the professional qualities and experience of the program participant are necessary to solve a number of tasks facing the region. He also stated that work on the regional analog of the "Time of Heroes" will begin in 2025.

The launch of the "Time of Heroes" program was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin in his address to the Federal Assembly on February 29, 2024. The Russian leader specified that the participants of special operations will be given the opportunity to enter leading universities and get a civilian specialty as a priority.

The "Time of Heroes" personnel program is aimed at training leaders to work in state and municipal authorities from the participants of the special operation in Ukraine.
