Emergency Situations Ministry employees liquidated open burning on the territory of a furniture shop in Dagestan. This was reported by the agency on January 15.

"Employees of the Russian Emergencies Ministry liquidated open burning in Dagestan", - stated in the Telegram-channel of the Ministry.

About the fire of 1.5 thousand square meters on the territory of the furniture shop in the Dagestani city of Khasavyurt became known earlier in the day. The fire spread to a residential house. The course of extinguishing the fire was complicated by a large fire load, as well as the presence of paint substances and materials.

Later, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported about the localization of the fire. The owner of the burnt shop in Dagestan in a conversation with "Izvestia" called the possible cause of the fire a short circuit. According to him, the roof of his house and the entire building burned out.

The regional prosecutor's office, in turn, announced the start of an investigation aimed at studying the circumstances and causes of the fire.
