Almost 370 thousand people received help in flagship centers last year. The results of the work of flagship centers of hospitals in 2024 were reported by the mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin on January 15.

"With the introduction of a new standard, medics provide assistance 1.5 times faster. Now from the moment the patient arrives to the initial examination takes no more than 20 minutes. At the disposal of specialists - the latest medical equipment and almost 60 ultramodern operating rooms, some of which are unique hybrid", - wrote Sobyanin in his Telegram-channel.

At the same time, the flagships, equipped with state-of-the-art medical equipment, work according to a new standard of medical care using the digital system "triage", which analyzes health indicators and distributes patients into three functional zones. For example, in a critical condition, patients from the ambulance are immediately directed to the operating room or shock room.

"Last year, more than 145,000 patients were admitted to the flagship centers via the "red" and "yellow" streams. In emergency cases we use helicopters," he noted.

To date, five flagship centers are operating in Moscow. This year another one will be opened in the city clinical hospital named after V.M. Buyanov. V.M. Buyanov.

Earlier, on December 20, 2024, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that the fifth flagship center opened in the capital's N.I. Pirogov City Clinical Hospital No. 1. It was specified that the Pirogov State Clinical Hospital was the first to have an integrated digital operating room for high-tech operations.
