Ukrainian media reported explosions in Kiev


Explosions erupted in Kiev amid an air alert. This was reported on January 14 by the Ukrainian edition "Strana.ua".
"New explosions in Kiev", - stated in a message in the Telegram-channel.
According to the online map of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the air alert was announced in Zhytomyr, Chernigov, Kiev, Kirovograd, Mykolayiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava and Sumy regions.
The Russian Defense Ministry did not comment on the information about the explosions.
Earlier in the day it was reported about the explosion in the city of Sumy.
Before that, on January 13, the Ukrainian TV channel "Public" wrote about explosions in Poltava amid an air alert.
Russian forces in October 2022 began striking military facilities and related energy and communications facilities in Ukraine. As Russian President Vladimir Putin explained, this was in response to terrorist actions by the Kiev regime.
