Slovak deputy speaker talks about new contacts with Russian parliamentarians


New meetings of deputies of the Russian and Slovak parliaments may take place in April or June 2025, Vice-Speaker of the Slovak National Council Andrei Danko said in an interview with Izvestia.
"I want to do everything for good relations with the Russian parliament today. I think that in April or June, when there are conferences or a possible visit to Russia, we will meet here again," Andrei Danko told Izvestia.
Earlier, a parliamentary delegation from Slovakia arrived in Moscow on a visit that will last until January 15. The deputies of the National Council of Slovakia intend to discuss the issue of gas supplies from Russia and the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine.
