Air defense forces have destroyed Ukrainian missiles over the Bryansk Region. This was reported by the governor of the region Alexander Bogomaz on January 13.

"The Kiev regime made a massive attempt to launch a combined missile strike over the territory of the Bryansk region. The air defense forces of the Russian Ministry of Defense destroyed all targets," - stated in a message in the Telegram-channel.

It is specified that there are no casualties as a result of the attack.

Earlier in the day Bogomaz reported that air defense forces eliminated a Ukrainian drone over the Bryansk region. He also noted that operational services are working at the site.

Ukrainian militants are trying to strike Russian territories against the backdrop of the special operation in Donbass, the start of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
