On January 13 in Tula, 57 people were evacuated from a military hospital in which there was a fire. It was reported that conscript servicemen were being treated at the hospital.

On the same day, all evacuated patients from the military hospital, where the fire occurred, were placed in other hospitals. In connection with the incident, the city temporarily changed public transportation routes.
