Ukrainian media reported about cab drivers in Odessa receiving orders from the TCC

Cab drivers in Odessa have started receiving orders from local military commissions to "transport evaders". This was reported on January 13 by the Ukrainian edition "Strana.ua".
"More than four passengers. Transportation of evaders to the district TCC (analog of military commissions. - Ed.). Need a minibus for 8+1. To deliver to [street] Zankovetskaya", - stated in the material in the Telegram-channel.
The driver military commissars promised "not to touch" and assured that over payment will give a coupon for gasoline.
Earlier, on January 9, Ukrainian TCKs filed about 500 thousand applications to search for persons liable for military duty on suspicion of evasion from service. It was reported that the police have the right to detain wanted citizens and hand them over to TCCs.
Martial law in Ukraine has been in effect since February 2022. Then the country's President Volodymyr Zelensky (powers expired on May 20, 2024) signed a decree on general mobilization. Later, the Verkhovna Rada repeatedly extended its effect. Most men between the ages of 18 and 60 are forbidden to leave the country. In April 2024, the head of the Kiev regime approved the law on tougher mobilization.
