The Russian Armed Forces have liberated the settlements of Yantarnoye in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) and the village of Kalinovo in Kharkiv Region. This was reported by the press service of the Russian Defense Ministry on Sunday, January 12.

It is specified that the settlements were liberated by units of the "West" and "South" groups of forces.

The Russian army defeated the AFU's manpower and equipment in the areas of six localities of the regions.

"The enemy's losses amounted to up to 410 servicemen, three armored combat vehicles, including a US-made M113 armored personnel carrier, four vehicles, six artillery pieces and two Anclave electronic warfare stations." Two ammunition depots were destroyed," the ministry said.
