An ice floe that fell from the roof of a house seriously damaged the face of an eight-year-old girl in St. Petersburg, a source told Izvestia on January 12.

According to his information, it happened the night before on Torfyanaya road. The child received injuries to the eye and cheekbone and was hospitalized in a state of medium severity.
