In the US state of California, three Humvee vehicles, 18 bayonets and other equipment were stolen from the Army Reserve. This was reported on January 11 by the American broadcaster CBS News with reference to the local police.
According to the material, the suspects broke the lock and then broke into the parking lot of the warehouse. In the Army Reserve building, the intruders broke into storage lockers and stole equipment.
In addition to the three vehicles, eight vehicle machine guns, seven freestanding machine gun racks, medical equipment, 40 pairs of binoculars and 18 bayonets were stolen.
The participants in the crime fled to an unknown destination in the stolen vehicles, one of which was armored, the publication said.
The incident took place in the town of Tustin on the evening of January 8.
Earlier, on December 28, 2024, it was reported that the mansion in Dallas (Texas) of National Basketball Association (NBA) star Luka Doncic was robbed. No one was home at the time of the robbery.
