Sobyanin spoke about the work of Moscow veterinarians
Almost half a million pets received state veterinary clinics in Moscow in 2024. This was reported in his channel in Telegram by the mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin.
"Over the past year made veterinary care even more convenient and accessible, expanded the range of services," - emphasized the mayor.
The network of state veterinary clinics continues to develop in the capital. Today it includes 26 institutions equipped with modern equipment and staffed by highly qualified specialists.
In most clinics, in addition to therapists and surgeons, there are dentists, ophthalmologists, cardiologists, ultrasound and X-ray diagnostics specialists. The list of clinics accepting ratologists, herpetologists and ornithologists has also expanded.
Computed tomography procedure and its interpretation are now available in two veterinary clinics - Krasnogvardeyskaya and Ostankino.
In addition, free vaccination of pets against rabies continues in Moscow. In 2024, more than 448 thousand pets were vaccinated.
