One of the ten most wanted criminals in Spain turned himself in to the police

In Spain, a fugitive criminal, 32-year-old Marek David Legetz, after hitting the top ten most wanted independently surrendered to police. This January 10 writes portal LNG in Northern BC.
It is noted that Legec came to the police station in the city of Murcia. Against him are charges of running a drug trafficking organization. The fugitive allegedly headed an international conglomerate involved in the trafficking of illegal substances, with branches in Poland, Spain and Germany. The group is attributed to shipments of more than €1 million.
Legec said he could no longer bear the pressure added to his already difficult life on the run by being placed on the most wanted list. He told National Police officers that his movements were now "almost completely restricted" and he was living in an "unsustainable stress situation".
A European arrest warrant for him was issued by Poland. In 2022, Polish authorities warned that the attacker might be in Spain, so agents from a "fugitive group" began searching for him. Investigators realized that the perpetrator resorted to "serious security measures," such as using fictitious names or frequently changing residences.
Earlier in October 2024, police in the Spanish city of Mostoles also arrested one of the country's ten most wanted criminals accused of armed robbery, bodily harm and assaulting police officers. The man named Gregorio Navas Hernandez was convicted of violent robbery and had more than 20 other convictions.
