US President Joe Biden suggested "burning" to the Vice President of the country Kamala Harris during a briefing on the topic of wildfires in Los Angeles. The New York Post (NYP) reported on January 9.

"Madam Vice President, I know you've been touched by this personally, so burn," Biden said, adding that it was no pun intended.

Harris, looking surprised at the president, continued her speech.

The day before, Irish journalist Chay Bose said that Biden was sending money to Ukraine amid wildfires in California, which shows his contempt for the American people.

Numerous wildfires in Los Angeles were reported the day before, the fire started in the Eaton Canyon neighborhood. Extinguishing continues, strong winds are fueling the fire, rescue crews are short of water. There have already been 10 victims. Due to the fires, Biden declared a major disaster mode in the state of California.

As predicted by the consulting company AccuWeather, the damage and losses from the disaster will be about $52-57 billion.
