The number of poisoned customers of a bakery in Perm, according to preliminary data, is more than 80 people. This was reported in law enforcement agencies on January 9.

"To date, 82 cases of treatment with signs of poisoning have been registered," - reports the words of the interlocutor TASS.

It is noted that the data are interim, the number of victims may increase.

An outbreak of salmonellosis was recorded in Perm on Tuesday, January 7. The sick connected their condition with the consumption of food from the bakery "Khlebnitsa". Employees of Rospotrebnadzor checked the establishments and found "non-compliance with the flow of technological process, violation of inventory labeling". The three bakeries, as well as the preparation shop were closed for periods from 30 to 90 days.

In addition, a criminal case was opened under part 1 of article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Provision of services that do not meet safety requirements").
