In southern Italy, authorities have banned residents from getting sick

In the south of Italy in the city of Belcastro residents were forbidden to be sick. This was reported by the portal Catanzaro Informa.
This decree was signed by the mayor of Belcastro Antonio Torchia. It is noted that, according to the order, residents should avoid places of infection and emergency calls because of the lack of resources in the health sector.
"This is not just a provocation, the decree is a cry for help, a way to draw attention to an unacceptable situation," said the mayor.
The population of the city is about 1300 people, where most of the residents are pensioners. It is specified that doctors in the city do not work on weekends, and the medical center is often closed. The nearest emergency room is 45 kilometers away from the city.
Earlier, on January 5, in China came the period of peak spread of respiratory diseases, the causative agents of which are most often influenza viruses and Mycoplasma pneumoniae.
