Avalanche danger declared in Krasnodar region and Adygea

Avalanche danger has been declared on the territory of Adygea and Krasnodar Krai. Emergencies Ministry warns of possible avalanches in the mountains in the period from the evening of January 9 to January 12.

As KrasnodarMedia news agency reports with reference to the press service of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Krasnodar region, the danger is predicted at an altitude of 1.5 thousand meters above sea level.

Avalanches may reach the category of dangerous phenomena in Adygea and Kuban. At the same time warming up to 15 degrees is possible.

Earlier, January 4, on the portal "Meteovest" weather center "Fobos" warned Russians about a powerful Arctic invasion in January. It is noted that in the middle and southern latitudes of the European part of Russia, the temperature anomaly may exceed -2 degrees.
