In Belgorod region, a man was injured when an AFU drone attacked a private home
A private house was damaged and a man was wounded during an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the village of Murom in Belgorod Region. This was reported by the Governor of the region Vyacheslav Gladkov in his Telegram-channel on January 9.
"In Shebekinsky district in the village of Murom a drone attacked a private house. As a result of its detonation, a man was injured. The victim with mine blast trauma, barotrauma, shrapnel wounds to the head, neck, arms and legs self-defense fighters were taken to the Shebekinsky Central Regional Hospital", - stated in the message of the Governor.
The windows of the house were reportedly smashed after the attack, and the facade and front door were damaged.
The governor also added that another drone attack happened in the village of Malinovka in Belgorod district. There is damage to power lines. Because of the attack, five streets temporarily remain without light.
Earlier, on January 8, Gladkov reported that a passenger car was attacked by a Ukrainian drone in the farm Leonovka of Valui district of Belgorod region. He said that as a result of the attack by the AFU, the front part of the car was damaged and the windows were broken out. A married couple was injured.
Ukrainian militants are trying to strike Russian territories against the background of the special operation in Donbass, the start of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
