Ukrainian General Staff calls situation on the front line difficult for AFU

The situation on the frontline remains difficult for Kiev. This was stated by the General staff of the Armed forces of Ukraine (AFU) in Telegram-channel.
"The situation on the front remains difficult," - stated in the message.
The headquarters also called the strikes of the Russian military "non-stop", added Gazeta.Ru.
Earlier, on January 7, the US magazine National Interest wrote that Russia will win in Ukraine thanks to the innovative technologies that the Russian military uses in carrying out combat missions. The authors pointed to Russian "mangal tanks" that, by repelling drone attacks, allow less armored vehicles to advance in relative safety.
On the same day, the US newspaper The Washington Post wrote that Ukraine was unlikely to survive another year of fighting. It noted that Kiev was losing territory and troops.
The special operation to protect Donbass, the start of which Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was taken against the background of the worsening situation in the region.
