T-Bank completed the integration of Rosbank

The process of integration of Rosbank as a branch of T-Bank has been completed. A representative of T-Bank told about it.

"As part of the accession, the largest single migration of clients was carried out. The teams of both banks carefully prepared all the processes of product transfer and conducted them at a convenient time for customers," - said in T-Bank.

The bank emphasized that the products of more than 3 million customers were migrated in less than an hour.

"Since historically collected for 30 years data on clients and their products were stored in Rosbank on IT platforms of different generations, less than 0.1% of clients after the migration could incorrectly display some data, but this was promptly corrected in manual mode," - said in T-Bank.

The main terms and conditions for all products, including deposits and loans, were preserved during the migration.
