Famous actors' homes burned down in California due to wildfires

In California, the homes of such famous actors as Anthony Hopkins, Adam Brody and Anna Faris burned down amid wildfires. This was reported by the publication Page Six on January 8.

"Adam Brody and Leighton Meester's $6.5 million luxury property in Los Angeles also burned down. <...> Anna Faris became another Hollywood star who lost her multimillion-dollar mansion to fire," the publication noted.

The fire also destroyed the homes of actors Eugene Levy, John Goodman, Billy Crystal and Paris Hilton.

In addition, it is reported that many Hollywood stars were forced to evacuate their homes.

Numerous wildfires in Los Angeles were reported the day before, the fire started in the Eaton Canyon neighborhood. Extinguishing continues, strong winds fuel the fire, rescue crews lack water. In connection with the fires, US President Joe Biden declared a major disaster regime in the state of California.

Emergency services urged residents to be ready to evacuate. In the evacuation zone was also the residence of the current Vice President of the United States Kamala Harris, who said that with all her heart sympathizes with those affected by the fire. Don Reiman, one of the residents of Los Angeles, told Izvestia that his house was the only one that survived the fire, while the rest of the buildings turned into ruins.
