An outbreak of salmonellosis was recorded in Perm. The sick people attributed their condition to the consumption of food from a bakery. This is reported on January 7 by the Department of Rospotrebnadzor in the Perm region.

"Among the population of Perm since December 30, non-unique cases of acute intestinal infections have been registered," - reports "RIA Novosti" the statement of the department.

As it is specified, preliminary, in the victims isolated the causative agent of salmonellosis. They attribute their condition to the consumption of food from the bakery "Khlebnitsa".

It is indicated that the employees of the Department checked institutions and found "non-compliance with the flow of the technological process, violation of the labeling of inventory". Three bakeries, as well as bakery shop closed for periods from 30 to 90 days.

Earlier, December 28, it was reported that Rospotrebnadzor suspended the work of the cafe "History" in Kaliningrad after the detection of intestinal infection in children visiting the institution. Thus, during an unscheduled inspection of the cafe specialists found violations of sanitary and epidemiological norms in the organization of catering, which was confirmed by unsatisfactory results of laboratory analysis of ready food.
