The British government published a video on TikTok encouraging drug use

The ruling UK Labor Party has published a video on the government's official account in the social network TikTok advertising reforms of the country's National Health Service (NHS), accompanying it with a song calling for "giving drugs to girls". The Telegraph newspaper reported on January 6.
"The Labour Party has been criticized for creating a video using artificial intelligence containing explicit lyrics urging men to give drugs to 'naughty' girls," the publication notes.
The newspaper says that on Sunday, a 34-second clip titled "Labor's plan to change Britain by turning it into animals" was uploaded to the government's official TikTok account. The video showed animals being generated by artificial intelligence (AI) to an explicit Portuguese song.
Party officials later apologized for the song and removed the video.
"The post is an adaptation of a viral trend on social media and contains a mix of two music tracks. We recognize that the translation of the song's lyrics is completely inappropriate. We apologize and the video has now been removed," The Telegraph quotes MPs as saying.
Earlier in the day, American entrepreneur Ilon Musk said that the US should free the citizens of the UK from tyranny under the rule of Prime Minister Keir Starmer. To the publication, the entrepreneur attached a poll asking people to agree or deny this position. According to preliminary results, 64% of those who voted share Musk's side.
Last November, a petition demanding early parliamentary elections in the UK garnered about 2.5 million signatures. It said another vote should be held - just four months after the Labor Party's convincing victory - because they had "reneged on their promises made in the run-up to the last election."
