Six snowmobiles fell through the ice in Karelia. This was reported on January 6 in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.

"On Lake Konchezero, near the tourist base, in the water were 11 passengers, including three children," - stated in the Telegram-channel of the Department.

It is specified that they got out on the ice independently. Rescuers brought people to the shore. They were provided with medical assistance.

Earlier, on December 13, it was reported that in the Arkhangelsk region employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations rescued a pensioner and a dog who fell through the ice. Then it was noted that the incident occurred near the village of Korely, where the dog ran out on the thin ice of the river Kuznechikha, causing the animal to fall into the water.

A 71-year-old man, trying to save the dog, put on a life jacket and took an aluminum boat with him. Putting the animal in the boat, the pensioner fell under the ice. However, the pet and the owner were rescued by rescuers.
