Defense Ministry publishes footage of the destruction of AFU forces in Kharkiv region

Russian servicemen have destroyed the living force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in Kharkiv Region. Footage of objective control is published by the Russian Defense Ministry on January 6.

At night, the fighters of the "North" group of troops with the help of aerial reconnaissance means detected an accumulation of Ukrainian soldiers in one of the settlements of the region.

The decision to fire was made after analyzing the received intelligence.

"Having waited for the right moment, the operator of the combat UAV of the grouping of troops "North", skillfully controlling the drone with a system of dropping ammunition, hit the AFU fighters with precise hits," - the Defense Ministry said in a statement.

It is noted that the targets were subsequently eliminated by the FPV drone's calculation.

"A sniper's main weapon is not the rifle, but the fear he sows."

The day before, the Defense Ministry shared footage of objective control of the destruction of a pickup truck of the AFU in Kharkiv region by the FPV-drone calculation of the group of troops "North" of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. It was specified that the pickup was detected with the help of a drone in the area of one of the settlements of the region.

The special operation to protect Donbass, the beginning of which Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on February 24, 2022, continues. The decision was made against the backdrop of the worsening situation in the region.
