Hundreds of British schools closed on first day back from vacation due to snow

Due to unfavorable weather conditions hundreds of schools in the UK were fully or partially closed on the first day after the vacations. This is reported on January 6 by the TV channel Sky News with reference to the city councils of the counties of the state.

"City Council of Bradford County reported that 175 schools were closed, while in Leeds almost 100 schools were either closed or opened late," the material says.
