American entrepreneur Ilon Musk said that the US should free the citizens of the UK from the tyranny of Prime Minister Keir Starmer's rule. He published the corresponding message on January 6 in the social network X (former Twitter).

"America must free the British people from a tyrannical government," he wrote.

To the publication, the entrepreneur attached a poll requiring agreement or denial of this position. According to preliminary results, 64% of those who voted share Musk's side. At the time of publication of the news, more than 460 thousand people took part in the poll.

Earlier, on January 2, Musk said that it is necessary to hold new parliamentary elections in the UK. Thus he commented on the results of the survey on the unprecedented decline in support for the Labor government led by Starmer.

Before that, on January 1, the American entrepreneur called the British right-wing party Reform UK the country's only hope and urged the citizens of the United Kingdom to vote for it.
