In Russia, apartment sales are expected to decrease by 15% in 2025. Such a forecast was given to "Izvestia" in the largest construction company "Airplane".
"According to our forecasts, in 2025 the volume of sales will decrease by 15%. At the same time, demand in the market will remain active due to government subsidy programs, primarily family mortgage, for which recently allocated additional budget funds, as well as the Far East and Arctic mortgages," - told "Izvestia" head of the analytics department of the group "Samolet" Olesya Dzyuba.
According to her, the largest sales volumes will come to large industrial centers of Russia. To maintain the balance, developers will bring to the market less new volumes, but to the inevitable price increase of 5-6% will not lead to this, and the increase in the cost of construction and the growth of financial costs among developers, says the representative of the industry.
