Ukraine ranked last in IQ rating in Europe

Ukraine has the lowest intelligence quotient (IQ) in Europe. The corresponding data were published on the International IQ test portal on January 1.

The average IQ in Ukraine is 95.55. The indicator has increased by 1.29 since last year. It is specified that more than 88 thousand Ukrainian citizens took part in the study.

In the ranking of countries from around the world on the level of IQ Ukraine occupies 78th line.

Rating of IQ-testing countries of the world was headed by China, Iran and South Korea. Russia is in sixth place . On January 1, 2025 the average IQ level of Russians 103 points.

Earlier, in 2021, the director of FGBNU "Scientific Center of Neurology" Mikhail Piradov said about the steady decline in human intelligence. At the same time, according to him, among those born from 1930 to 1980 there was a 20% increase in IQ level. Piradov specified that human civilization is aimed at taking care of mental health.
