In the Vladimir region a case will be initiated because of cruel treatment of gymnasts

Chairman of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin instructed to initiate a criminal case in Vladimir region because of information about ill-treatment of pupils of a rhythmic gymnastics school. This was reported in the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation on January 4.

The incident was interested after a resident of Vladimir published an appeal in social networks, where she told about the cruelty of the coach of the gymnastics section.

"On this fact the investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Vladimir region organized a procedural check", - noted in the message.

It is specified that the coach regularly insulted children, as well as used violence to them, including with the use of sports equipment.

Earlier, December 22, 2024, after the beating of children in the aul Panakes in Adygea opened a criminal case against a local resident. It was established that from 2022 to December 19, 2024 he showed excessive cruel treatment during the educational process, used force and caused various injuries to children aged 16 and 17.
