In mid-January, a powerful Arctic intrusion is expected in Central Russia. This was reported on January 4 on the portal "Meteovest" of the weather center "Fobos".

It is noted that in the middle and southern latitudes of the European part of Russia temperature anomaly may exceed -2 degrees.

In addition, in the north of the Far East January is expected to be colder, a negative temperature anomaly of -1... -3 degrees.

In Siberia due to Atlantic air masses the temperature will reach -4... -6 degrees. -6 degrees.
