A state of emergency has been declared in Voronezh's Left-Bank district after an attack by Ukrainian UAVs

The emergency situation mode (ES) has been introduced in the territory of the Left-bank district of Voronezh for the prompt start of work to eliminate the consequences of the fall of Ukrainian drone wreckage. This was announced on Saturday, January 4, by the head of the city Sergey Petrin.

Earlier in the day, the governor of the Voronezh region, Alexander Gusev, said that after the attack of drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on Voronezh, evacuation of residents of the Left-bank district of the city was carried out. He specified that the operational services are working on the sites of drone falls and special measures are being carried out.

"For the most rapid start of work on the territory of the district we introduce a state of emergency mode. I will immediately note, this mode allows us to conduct procedures and determine the contractor of works as quickly as possible," - wrote the mayor in his Telegram-channel.

It is specified that this mode does not carry any restrictions for residents.

Petrin added that the scale of damage specialists will assess after the completion of all works. However, the closure of the circuit will begin already on Saturday.
