The US recognized the Su-57's superiority over American fighters

No U.S. fifth-generation fighter can still match the Russian Su-57 multirole fighter in terms of battle-tested performance. This was pointed out by the American Military Watch Magazine.
"Thanks to the Su-57's participation in operations in Ukraine since the beginning of 2022, there is still absolutely no one who can match it in terms of its generation of fighter jets in terms of battle-testedness in high-intensity combat," the magazine said.
As noted by the publication, the Russian aircraft has demonstrated a wide range of its abilities in the current military conflict. Thus, the Su-57 successfully destroy targets in the air, suppress the enemy's air defense (air defense) and deliver precision strikes in the face of enemy opposition.
Earlier, on December 23, the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), which is part of Rostec State Corporation, built and handed over the Su-34 fighter-bomber and the Su-57 fighter to the Russian Defense Ministry. According to Rostec CEO Sergei Chemezov, the Su-57 is the "king of the sky," the best of Russia's operational and tactical aircraft, which after a long enough period of use in combat conditions has shown that it is indeed a fifth-generation fighter.
Prior to that, on December 3, Brandon Weichert, a columnist for the US magazine The National Interest (TNI), said that Russia's Su-57 fifth-generation fighter jet had proven its effectiveness in a special military operation. The columnist added that Russia "has a real revolutionary system in the form of the Su-57."
