SpaceX's Falcon 9 rocket launches UAE satellite into orbit

Falcon 9 carrier rocket of the company of American entrepreneur Ilon Musk has put into orbit the telecommunications satellite of the United Arab Emirates Thuraya 4. This was reported on January 4 by the company's press service on the social network X (formerly Twitter).

"The withdrawal of the Thuraya 4 satellite is confirmed," the press service said in a statement.

It is specified that the rocket was launched on Friday at 20:27 US East Coast time (Saturday, 4:27 Moscow time).

Earlier, December 4, the company SpaceX December 4, reported that the Falcon 9 launch vehicle put into orbit 24 mini-satellites for the network of Internet coverage of the Starlink system.
