Four people were injured in a shooting in the city of Washington. This was reported by the press service of the police department for the region on January 4.

"It is preliminarily established that an adult male and an adult female <...> two more adult males were taken to the hospital at the scene," - stated in the message of the Department in the social network X (former Twitter).

It is specified that all the victims are conscious. Two of the men were taken to a local hospital.

Earlier, January 2, it was reported that in the nightclub Amazura in New York, located in the borough of Queens, there was a mass shooting, which injured at least 11 people. It is noted that two suspects are involved in the organization of the shooting. They are at large, they are being sought.
