AFU tried to attack a house in Belgorod region during Gladkov's inspection

In Belgorod Region, the Armed Forces of Ukraine tried to attack the house where regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov was staying. Gladkov reported about this on January 3 in his Telegram-channel.

"While we were inspecting the house, a drone flew in. Colleagues who were with me shot it down with small arms," Gladkov wrote.

The governor came to inspect the house at the request of the family, who had already left the housing, to assess possible destruction and property damage.

According to Gladkov, the administration was instructed to draw up acts for compensation for partially damaged property.

Earlier in the day Gladkov reported that a civilian was injured in the village of Yasniye Zori as a result of shelling by Ukrainian troops. He, according to the governor, was taken by an ambulance brigade to the city hospital No. 2 in Belgorod with a mine blast injury and a leg wound in serious condition.

Ukrainian militants are trying to strike Russian territories against the backdrop of the special operation in Donbass, the start of which was announced on February 24, 2022. The decision was taken due to the aggravation of the situation in the region due to shelling by the Ukrainian military.
