In Moscow, a 32-year-old woman in a state of alcohol intoxication climbed into a beauty salon on Pervomayskaya Street and took out cosmetics worth more than Br20 thousand. This was reported by the press service of the capital prosecutor's office on January 3.

Traces of the robbery, which occurred on Friday night, the employees of the salon found in the morning, having come to work.

"After viewing the video surveillance cameras it became clear that at night in the room illegally, breaking the door, penetrated the unknown woman, who stole goods on sale", - stated in the Telegram-channel of the Department.

The thief promptly searched for and detained the police. The woman stated that she does not remember anything that happened at night, as she was very drunk. Cameras captured how the attacker kicked out the glass in the door of the salon, then went inside, reached the receptionist's desk with several dozen cans of cosmetics, but took only five of them. After that she left.

A criminal case has been opened under part 2 of article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Theft with illegal entry into the premises"). The defendant may face up to five years in prison.

Earlier, December 3, a source of "Izvestia" said that the janitor of a hotel in St. Petersburg stole jewelry from the wife of tennis player, the second racket of Belarus, Yegor Gerasimov. According to him, the janitor himself came to the police with a confession. The man said that he decided to commit the crime because of the difficult financial situation and fully admitted guilt. The damage from the theft amounted to more than Br320 thousand.
