Roskachestvo told about professions suitable for working remotely

The office or remote format of work is suitable for representatives of various professions. Evgenia Gankina, Director of the Organizational Development Department at Roskachevo, told Prime on January 3.

The need for physical presence is a feature of professions in medicine, engineering, and logistics. For workers in such professions, office employment is part of their job description. In addition, creative professions, such as designer or marketer, require live communications and personal exchange of ideas, which disposes to face-to-face work.

"Those who are used to working in a structured office environment find it more difficult to manage tasks and time independently, which can affect productivity," Gankina noted.

In addition, employees with access to sensitive information may face security risks when connecting to the network remotely. The office provides a level that is difficult to provide at home.

The expert called the hybrid format of work ideal, as it combines all the advantages of face-to-face presence in the office and the freedom of a remote schedule. Thus, employees remain engaged and productive.

Earlier, on November 21, a member of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans' Affairs Svetlana Bessarab assessed the initiative to transfer Russian women with children under three years old to remote work as possible to apply. Bessarab noted that in many industries, and to a large extent in manufacturing, the transfer to remote work is impossible. It is also impossible in transportation.

November 19, it was reported that the majority of surveyed Russians (85%), who work from home for more than five years, do not want to return to the office. This was found out by analysts "Contur.Tolka", who conducted a survey. Respondents also said that they are prevented from working at home: noise in the street (24%), neighbors (22%) and children (21%). At the same time, every third person had to interrupt the working day because of an incident with relatives.
